Daily Report 2009/09/26

I got signed up with Solid Rock Gym again. I really enjoy the exercise diversity that Solid Rock gives me.

Exercise: Solid Rock (second this week)

Breakfast: Fruit

Lunch: Cocos – another place where the automatic choices don’t support me, but I was able to substitute a salad for the hash browns and bread . . . so “on program”.

Dinner: Chicken Pie Diner – I tried their chicken breast with salad.

So . . . “great day”.
