Eating per FFL: Fruit, Salad, Chow Mein.

Exercise: 24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been doubting how long my body would continue to slim down and detox at the rate it has been going. Sure enough just to see if I really mean it . . . my “Earth Gravitational Index” was up tonight.

Time to knuckle down and keep doing what works despite slow down.
