Daily Report 2009/10/06

Ate per FFL with carrot substitution for a couple snacks.

Did 5 minutes of CKT.

Exercised at 24 Hour Fitness: 250.1 – those carrots are working already!!!

Okay, well maybe they aren’t that fast.  It might have more to do with the fact that food that was on program wasn’t readily available and so I ate really light because I only had a little bit of what was on program.
