Daily Report 2009/11/27

Back on Track . . . mostly.

Ate pretty well: Fruit for Breakfast, biscuits and gravy for lunch . . . dinner . . . chicken . . . then 90 minutes later some punkin pie . . . so “almost FFL”.

Exercise: 24 Hour Fitness – 242.7 – two pounds up for one meal . . . back to the program.
