The 25th . . . seems like it was pretty much on target.
26th:
Eating Per FFL: I did okay, breakfast was fruit as expected, Lunch Salad with carbs, Dinner Salad with Pasta . . . which I enjoyed a lot, but the sauce has some protein in it . . . so I did okay, but not great.
Exercise: 24 Hour Fitness – 244.4 (!!!) Though I had just eaten a big meal . . . still . . . needs watching and monitoring.
