Daily Report 2010/02/06 and 07

CKT: 9 Minutes

Excercise: both days at 24 Hour Fitness . . . 243 (See Note below)

Eating, mixed . . . mostly pretty good, but some mixing of Carbs and Protein . . . particular at tonight’s dinner.

Note: My “official scale” at 24 Hour Fitness is broken and missing in action.  They said they will be getting a new one, but until then weights will be unofficial and approximate.
