I did not eat per FFL all day.  Morning (fruit) and Lunch (salad) were fine, but in the evening I was out and about and opted for a turkey sandwich and then later the offer of additional food at a friend’s home.  While all dinner far was very healthy stuff . . . it was not per FFL.

No Exercise or FFL.

I realized this morning, that like last week, I have now set myself up for four days in a row of CKT.  The part of this plan that gives me a lot more of a challenge than the food.  Yet, in its own way I suspect it is just as vital to my success.
