Okay, a new week . . . time to get back on track.

I after all at this point have less than two months to reach my goal by my dead line.

Even if I miss that deadline, I am eating better than at any time in my life and probably healtheir than at any time in my life because of the exercise.  Yet some part of me resists just going down further.

Anyway, CKT and Exercise last night . . . probably neither tonight.
