and the last few days . . .

I’ve been doing really well actually.  Skipping the treats I started adding back in that were not supporting my goals and staying a lot more to the program and to FFL.

I missed one exercise last week . . . not the end of the world, but something to be monitored.  It really helps my body a lot to keep it moving every day or so.

I have also not been great about CKT as well . . . though the sessions I am doing are really picking up steam and being very helpful . . . so I need to keep on that as well.
