I am getting back into my more usual routine. I have thought about “cheating” on the diet, something I have not had to worry much about in awhile. However, my recent time of being off the diet has left me with a tendency to think about and consider items I normally would not have looked at at all.
Still . . . despite the challenges, I weathers them well today and did the right things.
Ate per FFL (modified): pancakes(carbs) instead of fruit, salad, pasta.
Also a CKT session.
